Human Microbiome Donor

The Microbiome Bank provides Canada’s prairies with the unmet needs of microbiota transfer therapy (MTT), or fecal microbiota transplantations (FMT). 

We mostly use MTT for recurrent Clostridium difficile infections. 

We are opening access to the novel field of microbiome therapy to patients by supplying safe access to human microbiota transfer. Our donors are rigorously screened and we extract the healthier microbes for transplant.
